HB Appoints Ashley Preisinger as Director of Business Development

Preisinger will be first to hold this position at HB

ATLANTA - Aug. 20, 2008 - Homrich Berg, an independent wealth management firm based in Atlanta, is proud to announce the addition of Ashley Preisinger as director of business development. In this role, she will oversee new client acquisition and client retention, competitive analysis and positioning and marketing activities for the firm, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2009.

Preisinger’s 15-year career has been spent in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Homrich Berg, Preisinger was the co-founder and managing partner of Jade River Capital Management and was the senior director of strategy for INVESCO Institutional, a global investment management organization with over $180 billion in assets under management.

Preisinger graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in international politics from Georgetown University and an M.B.A with honors in finance from Emory University. She received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000. Preisinger serves on the Development Committee for Zoo Atlanta and is on the board of trustees for the Georgia Shakespeare organization. She is also the chair-elect for the 2010 Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta “Hope and Will Ball.” She lives in Brookhaven with her husband and two daughters.
