Homrich Berg Announces Family Office Service Enhancements and Appointment of Bill Bolen as Director

April 19, 2010 (Atlanta, GA)   Homrich Berg, an independent wealth management firm based in Atlanta, is unveiling the new website and expanded team for its Homrich Berg Family Office service today at www.homrichbergfamilyoffice.com.  This new information provides a comprehensive overview of the family office services that the firm has provided during much of its twenty-one year history.

In addition to outlining the firm's wide range of family office services, the site also showcases the new additions to the Homrich Berg team.  The family office of Trammell Crow Residential Chairman Emeritus Ron Terwilliger has joined the staff at Homrich Berg, bringing five experienced family office members to the overall team.

Leading the move is the addition of new Director Bill Bolen, who formerly served as CFO of the Terwilliger Family Office as well as President of the Atlanta Dream, a sports franchise launched by Mr. Terwilliger in 2008.  Bolen is not only serving family office clients but also providing leadership in the investment strategy and alternative investments areas for the firm.  He is a well known leader both in the business and civic world in metro Atlanta.  Bill received his M.B.A. with Distinction (top 10%) from the Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in marketing.  Bill serves on the boards for the Mount Paran Christian School where he serves as Vice Chairman, the Murray Arts Center Foundation where he is Treasurer, and the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership. Additionally, Bill is active on the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Community Advisory Board and on the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce where he also serves on the Transportation Committee.

The rest of the Terwilliger team joining the firm includes veteran family office controller and asset manager Jeff Meuter, tax specialist Junlu Zhang, and operations specialists Kelly Johnson and Ann Grelling.  "We are delighted to add the wide range of expertise that Bill Bolen and the entire Terwilliger family office team bring to our client service efforts for high net worth families," said Andy Berg, CEO of Homrich Berg.  "We have quietly provided these complex family office services to select families for many years, and with this addition of more capacity we are now capable of serving more families effectively."

Adam Fuller, the principal leading the family office effort, is pleased with the firm's investment in marketing the service more broadly.  "Many firms have added the words multifamily office to their front door, but few firms have truly provided the deep level of service across planning and investments that these clients require.  I am pleased that we will now be making more families aware of what we offer so that we can continue to selectively grow this service."
