Ashley joined Homrich Berg in 2008 as the Director of Client Development and Marketing and has worked in the investment management industry for the last 17 years. Prior to joining HB, Ashley was the co-founder and Managing Partner of Jade River Capital Management and was a Partner and the Senior Director of Strategy for Invesco, a global investment management organization with over $500 billion in assets under management.

In 1993, Ashley graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in international politics from Georgetown University.  She received her MBA with honors in finance from Emory University in 1996.  In 2000, she received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

In 2008, Ashley was chosen as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Top 40 Under 40.  She is actively engaged in her community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Zoo Atlanta and is Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Shakespeare organization. She is also an active member of the Buckhead Rotary Club where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.  In 2010, Ashley chaired the "Hope and Will Ball" for the benefit of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.  She was also selected to participate in Leadership Atlanta Class of 2010.

Ashley lives in Atlanta with her husband and two daughters and enjoys skiing, hiking and shooting sporting clays.
